I got this message from DeviantART telling me that I have been on here for a year...that is kind of cool! I have, in this last year, learned a few things about deviantART...for example: Anything and everything can and does have sex with anything and everything else. Now I realized that there was a whole cult following in connection with Axel and Roxas, but I went looking the other day for a picture of Jetfire from the new Transformers movie, and found all sorts of things that I really didn't need to see involving Starscream...EWWWW!!! Again I knew there was an obvious connection between Mario and Peach, but I did not need to see her in a string bikini with breasts bigger than her whole freakin' head! I have also learned that in the realm of video game fan art there are a group of people who are almost obsessed with crediting every ripper on earth even-though the good ones tell you to credit the developers and publishers of the games...given that it was their idea originally after all! I get that there are people who go around stealing other peoples ideas, but do we have to become utterly obsessive about the whole thing?!

On another note, I just started that EA Personal Trainer thing for the Wii that my husband bought me for my birthday...Those people are masochists! So, I realize that I am not in the best shape, but egads I wanted to lay down and die by the time I got to the end of it. I put this thing on "low impact" thinking that this would be a good place to start given that I am out of shape...after I finally caught my breath I called my mother to tell her that those people would put Jane Fonda to shame! (my mother and I tried one of her workouts when I was a kid and she did this move called "the plow" I think, anyway it was torture.) I will try to keep up with their 30 day challenge, but I am pretty sure it will kill me before then.

Again a new note...I know I haven't done much recently, but I have been out of black and white beads for like a month now. The good news is that I never went into withdrawl...though I had my moments where I would sit sadly staring into my empty black bucket. My husband went on vacation the first 2 weeks of June and we took my daughter to the beach and to Disneyland for my birthday, then to Legoland the next week, so our money has been really thin. July 4th was triple time for him and I get to order beads tomorrow!! Happy day!! So anyway, more new stuff to come, I have some from Yoshi's Island planned. Also some Transformers, Kingdom Hearts, Kirby, and I am considering a Legend of Zelda stained glass window!
